Starting as a sports reporter for WEAR TV, Zarzour made his first stop in Nashville hosting morning shows on Sports Radio 560.

He returned to his hometown of Mobile, Alabama, where he worked as program director and afternoon host at 105.5 WNSP.

His journey continued northward in 2004 when he moved to North Carolina, serving as program director and morning host for Triangle Sports Talk 1490/1090, then taking on the sports director role at Curtis Media Group.
