Top 5-Star Wide Receiver Hykeem Williams Drops Transfer Bombshell—Where Is He Heading Next?
Williams committed to Colorado, he announced Tuesday afternoon. The decision comes less than two weeks after the 6-foot-2, 218-pound pass catcher entered the NCAA Transfer Portal. Williams revealed his decision in a post on Instagram.
“SKO BUFFS!!!🦬🦬🦬#WeComing🦬,” he wrote in the caption.
The No. 3 wide receiver and No. 30 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings, Williams signed with FSU in December 2022 and enrolled in Tallahassee the following month.
As a true freshman, the Fort Lauderdale native appeared in eight games and logged five receptions for 80 yards and one touchdown, finding the end zone on a 44-yard reception in a win over Syracuse.
