Tragedy Strikes: Shocking Details Emerge in Fatal Big Ten Mascot Incident
The Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office believes the accident was caused by a tire malfunction. It’s believed that the tire malfunction caused the vehicle to cross the median and collide with a passenger vehicle that was traveling in the other direction.
“The Sheriff’s Office is continuing with our investigation into any additional mechanical issues that may be related to the crash,” the TCSO said in a statement shared with ABC News.
