“The Lindenwood Football family mourns the loss of Ace Rogers. Our thoughts & prayers go out to his wife Sydney, his parents Teresa Jordan & Charles Rogers, and the rest of his family,” Lindenwood Football wrote.
“My daughter just ran this marathon and as we were going to greet her we witnessed this young man collapse. I did the sign of the cross from where I was and said a prayer. I couldn’t get him out of my mind. I’m so sorry to hear this. May he rest in peace,” one fan wrote.
Another fan added: “Sad story. Rest in peace Charles Rogers. Sincere condolences to his wife, family, and friends.”
