A former high school football standout who spent time on a college football roster last season was found dead on Friday night, June 6. He was reportedly found dead on the sidewalk on Friday evening in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Ayden J. Scharper, a 2023 Southern Lehigh High School graduate who played college football at Muhlenberg College, was pronounced dead at 11:49 p.m. on Friday, June 6. He was found dead on the 800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, according to the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office.
