Every year, pro football fans are treated to the Top 100 list of NFL players as voted on by their peers.
The list is a neat way to see how current players view their fellow athletes despite their team affiliation.
Despite the fact that these players compete against one another during the NFL season, a show of respect goes a long way in any industry, even professional sports.

As shared by Dov Kleiman on X, Hill’s list is as follows: 1) Patrick Mahomes of Kansas City, 2) Tua Tagovailoa of Miami, 3) Lamar Jackson of Baltimore, 4) Dak Prescott of Dallas and 5) Baker Mayfield of Tampa Bay.
As can be expected of any Top 5 list, there appear to be some missing names and well as disagreements aplenty from NFL fans.
Mahomes is understandable considering that he is arguably the best quarterback in the league right now with three Super Bowl victories in five attempts.
He is also a former teammate of Hill’s when the receiver played for the Chiefs between 2016-2021.
Hill’s second pick of Tagovailoa is also understandable since the duo are teammates.
However, given Tua’s injury and concussion history, and the fact that the Fins have never been past the wild card round with Tua, Hill’s choice is highly suspect.
If anything, Jackson should have been second along with the likes of Joe Burrow, Josh Allen and Matthew Stafford rounding out the five.
Hill’s fourth and fifth picks are further questionable as Prescott and the Cowboys consistently fail to produce in the playoffs and Mayfield is on his fourth team and has not led the Bucs past the divisional round in his two seasons with the organization.
