However, it was Freeman who stole the show with a walk-off grand slam in Game 1 and then homers in Games 2, 3 and 4 to break Springer’s record and lead the Dodgers to their first full-season title since 1988. After going 6 for 20 (.300) with four homers and 12 RBIs, he was named the World Series MVP.
