Longtime ESPN reporter Gene Wojciechowski, who had a 27-year run at the network, is officially leaving. He was known for his segments on the college football pregame show.
Davis paid tribute to the longtime ESPN reporter on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Tremendous reporter. Brilliant writer and storyteller. Better man. Unsurpassed as a loyal friend. Legend in the business,” he wrote.

It’ll be interesting to see who ESPN chooses to replace some of its outgoing analysts and reporters with in 2025.
