Belichick’s son, Steve, will make $1.3 million to serve as the program’s defensive coordinator while offensive coordinator Freddie Kitchens will earn $1.15 million.
His staff is well-compensated and together, they will try and help Belichick get the program back on track after winning only six games last season. Brown had been the head coach for six seasons in his second stint at UNC before getting fired.
