“I was a big-time introvert unless I was with my buddies… I was kind of a quiet kid… kind of bashful. Face would turn red if I got too much individual attention. Herbstreit’s parents, Jim and Judy, divorced when he was 8 years old. He proceeded to move several times, from Centerville to Franklin to Mason and to Wyoming, all within the state of Ohio. He ended up going to five schools in seven years and often retreated to loneliness.
