Kurt Warner hasn’t played a down of football since 2009, but a piece of the Hall of Famer’s legacy appears to just be getting started. On Monday, Warner’s son E.J. received some great news after transferring to Fresno State from Rice this season.
According to ESPN’s Pete Thamel, the son of the two-time MVP has reportedly been named the Bulldogs opening week starter by winning a three-man race for the school’s QB1 spot.
