There are two more reasons I’m choosing Hovland over Scott. First, my partner in the Mayo Cup (my girlfriend) is feeling Hovland this week, and she’s picked two of our four winners this season. Second, Hovland has a wave advantage in the first round because Scott tees off Thursday morning, which is windier than the afternoon when Hovland begins his Scottish Open.ÂÂ
