It would certainly be a Herculean comeback effort from Ford if he were able to take the field no more than seven days after sustaining the fracture.
Ford has been a sizable part of the Crimson Tide’s offensive attack this year, which is led by burgeoning star Keelon Russell, who is quickly skyrocketing up Heisman Trophy rankings following his hot start to the season.
