Baugh is a big back but has the quickness and twitchiness of a much smaller athlete. He runs with balance and constantly does a nice job of setting up his blocks at the second level. Baugh doesn’t have overwhelming long speed, but he has burst to get north in a hurry. He is a natural catcher of the football and has the size to hold up in pass protection as well, giving him every-down value.
