On Wednesday evening, five-star edge rusher Jaiden Bryant threw his hat in a new ring, flipping his commitment from LSU to Miami and giving Mario Cristobal’s staff another feather in the 2027 recruiting cycle.
A standout from Irmo, South Carolina, Bryant had been committed to the Tigers since January 3. However, following his official visit to Coral Gables last weekend, he chose the Hurricanes and is expected to shut down his recruitment entirely. He will reportedly no longer take scheduled official visits, including trips that had been planned with South Carolina, Texas A&M, and LSU.
