Brendan Sorsby Breaks Silence: Shocking Reveal After NFL Supplemental Draft Snub!

Sorsby, who admitted to betting on college football, placed more than 9,000 bets, totaling at least $90,000. This extended over four years while he was enrolled at Indiana, Cincinnati and Texas Tech, including at least 40 wagers involving his team, according to court documents. The NCAA has not seen evidence that Sorsby manipulated his performance, used inside information to make his wagers or shared privileged information with bettors, according to the documents.

Sorsby won’t represent Texas Tech in 2026 after playing four seasons at Indiana and Cincinnati. His final campaign saw him go 7-5 in 12 games throughout 2025 with Cincinnati, throwing for 2,800 yards and 27 touchdowns.
