College Football 27 Update Unveils Game-Changing Dynasty Features That Could Rewrite the Rulebook

Thursday is shaping up to be a big day for college football fans.

Alongside the kickoff of the 2026 college football season, EA Sports is targeting Aug. 27 for the release of Title Update 3.5 for College Football 27. The update addresses several issues across gameplay and Dynasty Mode, giving players another reason to jump into the game as real college football returns.

EA announced the update Wednesday, describing the changes revealed so far as “some of the key fixes,” meaning the preview may not represent everything included in Title Update 3.5.
