Batherson: “Yeah, they’re obviously still chatting. Steve knows I want to be here, so yeah, they’ll keep moving forward with the talks and hopefully get something done here soon.”
Garrioch: “If something isn’t done before the season, do you anticipate just going unrestricted for agency? Do you not want talks to continue into the season?”
Batherson: “Yeah, I think it’d be nice just to get it done before the season and not have that distraction when the game starts. So, I’m not sure what will happen, but hopefully it gets done before then.”
