EA’s Project Gridiron: Could This Open-World Football Game Revolutionize the Sport Forever?

We’ve already seen EA Sports begin the open-world route with EA Sports FC 27’s “The Grounds” Mode. For those who’ve played games like NBA 2K, this area operates similarly, letting players explore a hub area full of activities.

However, EA did not mention Project Gridiron as a “mode” for Madden or its Superstar mode. Instead, it’s very possible this brand new project could be a brand new game entirely.

This is interesting, especially given the recent reports that suggest the future of College Football games is “in jeopardy”, according to Insider Gaming. If true, we wonder if Project Gridiron will be an evolution of the franchise, or perhaps even replace College Football if n want to play ecessary.
