Eli Manning spoke with Front Office Sports (FOC) about the matter and was asked if he reached out to his nephew about the situation, offering a piece of advice.
“I didn’t reach out after that one. Reached out after the Ohio State game and just said proud of him, hanging in there, tough, wasn’t easy to start the game, but he stayed patient…most of my advice, more football stuff. He’ll have to figure out that media on his own, and a lot of it is just kind of growing pains,” Manning said.
