Norvell, who became the head coach of the Seminoles before the 2020 season after a successful tenure at Memphis, made a name for himself in Tallahassee with excellent campaigns in both 2022 and 2023. In 2022, Florida State reached 10 wins and seemed to be back near the top of the sport. In 2023, it followed that up with a 13-0 campaign and an ACC Championship.
