It has left bridge starter Jacoby Brissett looking for more money to hold the reins next season while Arizona drills down on a long-term starter. That complication is more than enough to put Simpson in play for the Cardinals, let alone the fact that his skills mesh nicely with head coach Mike LaFleur, who is running his own version of the Kyle Shanahan system.
