Monique Aimee is an illustrator and multidisciplinary artist based out of Joy Street Studios in Somerville, MA. Her work ranges from book cover illustrations and editorial animation to chainstitch embroidery and handpainted murals. Monique Aimee’s style is bold and harmonious with inspiration drawn from folk and fiber art. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Lesley University in 2014 and has been a freelance illustrator for 10+ years. Monique is the 2024 – 2025 Celtics Artist in Residency.
