Tijan Saine Jr. entered the NCAA transfer portal after an All-Big Sky season for Weber State which drew widespread interest in his skills. Despite being undersized, he made a big impact on the offensive end.
The 5-foot-10 guard averaged 15 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.8 assists as a junior, playing his first season at the Division I level. He has one year of eligibility remaining under the current rules.
5. Hamad Mousa, CG
Hamad Mousa came to college basketball from Qatar after drawing a certain level of interest as a future professional player. He started at Dayton, then had a breakout season at Cal Poly last season before entering the transfer portal.
