There has been interest in Kalulu from the Premier League too, but Juventus rejected all approaches in the past. That could change now, if a suitable offer for the services of the 25-year-old defender arrives.
Kalulu is also able to perform in more than one position. Predominantly a centre-back, he is often used on the right defensive flank too, and sometimes even as a wing-back. His form this season is probably best highlighted by the fact that he started 29 of the 30 Serie A matches so far, missing out once through indirect red-card suspension. He also started all 10 Champions League games for Juventus this term, as well as both cup fixtures. All told, he completed the full 90 minutes in all those matches but one.
