Kansas QB Jalon Daniels Names Unexpected Rival as Most Formidable Opponent in College Football
Former Kansas football quarterback Jalon Daniels is talking about his career with the Jayhawks, ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft. Daniels had great success in Lawrence, helping lead Kansas back to national prominence.
The quarterback is now revealing who he thinks is the toughest player he ever faced in college. That honor goes to Texas Tech pass rusher David Bailey.
“He’s that good. 100 percent. Probably one of the quickest and shiftiest DE’s that I’ve had to go against,” Daniels said, per college football reporter Jordan Schultz.
