Kevin Keegan’s Untold Final Battle: The England Legend’s Courageous Fight Before Shocking Death at 75
Keegan won promotion with the club the following season and, in the final season of his first spell in charge, guided Newcastle to a huge lead at the top of the 1996/97 Premier League before they were edged out by Manchester United in a classic title contest.

“He was the beating heart of Newcastle United for generations of supporters. As a player [between 1982 and 1984], he brought world-class talent, ambition and belief to St. James’ Park, helping to transform perceptions of what Newcastle United could be.
