Jackie Spiegel: As of Thursday, a source said that the Philadelphia Flyers don’t plan on having anyone to training camp on a PTO. They could still bring someone in, and it doesn’t mean that they are against having anyone to camp on a PTO. With the shortened preseason and the fact they already have some built-in competition, it does make sense that they don’t have anyone extra in.
