Nikola Jokic Drops Cryptic Warning: Is This the Season the Nuggets Surprise Everyone?
Nikola Jokic knows that the Denver Nuggets didn’t have their best season last year, but he is ready for redemption.
And he believes that his team will be able to overperform, impress, and get back on track in 2025-26.
Speaking to the press, Jokic opened up about his team’s chances in the upcoming season.
“Hopefully we can be the silent — how do you say it? — the silent knight. Silent horse. Dark horse,” Jokic said.
Nikola Jokic was asked about OKC being heavy favorites to win the title this year.
His response: “Hopefully we can be the silent — how do you say it? — the silent knight. Silent horse. Dark horse.”
