Oregon’s Dan Lanning Sets High Stakes: Will Dylan Raiola Secure QB Spot Against Nebraska?
Lanning confirmed that Oregon will open up the starting quarterback position if Dante Moore is unable to play against Nebraska this week.
When asked about what the matchup against Nebraska could mean for Raiola, Lanning said that facing the program he previously played for could make the game an emotional experience for the quarterback.
“This game of course, it’s going to be an emotional game for Dylan, being the place he came from,” Pete Nakos of On3 reported.
“He’s going to do everything he can to make sure our team is in the best situation to have success this week and be prepared. I know he’ll do that because he’s a pro.”
