Texas A&M Scores Game-Changing RB Transfer with Jaw-Dropping High School Stats—Could He Be Their Next Star?
Texas A&M made it to the College Football Playoff in 2025. This is helping the Aggies on the recruiting trail, as Texas A&M has landed multiple top recruits. Now, the team is making a splash in the College Football Transfer Portal.
The Aggies are bringing in a transfer running back in the portal to add depth, according to Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports.
“Texas A&M has signed Arkansas State running back transfer DD Murray,” Zenitz posted on X, formerly Twitter.
Murray did not see much time with Arkansas State in 2025. He played in three games, all on special teams, and did not record any statistics. Still, Murray was a solid running back in high school. Over his final two years of high school, he ran for 3,361 yards with 57 touchdowns. He also had 4447 receiving yards and 437 kick-returning yards in high school. His best season came in his junior year, where he ran for 2,072 yards and 26 touchdowns on just 188 carries.
