UCLA Lands 4-Star WR in Shocking Commitment That Could Change the Game
Although the UCLA Bruins finished the 2025-26 season with a 3-9 record, the program aims for a much better future after hiring Bob Chesney as head coach in December 2025. Chesney has been busy with recruiting since being hired, and managed to land a talented four-star commitment on Friday.
Matthew Gregory, a four-star wide receiver out of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, committed to UCLA, according to Hayes Fawcett of Rivals and On3 Sports. Gregory chose the Bruins over the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
“BREAKING: Four-Star WR Matthew Gregory has Committed to UCLA, he tells me for Rivals,” reported Fawcett. “The 6’1, 180 lbs WR chose the Bruins over Nebraska.”
