5. Brad Jackson | Texas StateÂ
The only non-power conference quarterback on the list comes from Texas State. Brad Jackson was QB3 last year, only behind Byrum Brown and Diego Pavia. Last year he passed for 3,224 yards and 21 touchdowns. He also was a huge weapon on the ground, running for 744 yards and 17 touchdowns. Jackson will have plenty of solid chances to put up huge games in 2026, with contests against North Texas and Colorado State among other weaker defenses. He could have a rough start, though, as the Bobcats face Texas in Week 1.
