V.J. Edgecombe Breaks Silence: The Truth Behind Vince Carter Comparisons Revealed

Philadelphia 76ers fans got a good look at VJ Edgecombe on Thursday, as the rookie star played in a preseason game against the New York Knicks.

Edgecombe finished the game with 14 points, six rebounds, and three assists.

Following the match, he talked about the comparisons he’s been hearing lately, including some to legendary dunk master Vince Carter.

“That’s elite. That’s elite comp, but I’m V.J., man. The comparison’s cool, but I just wanted to make the dunk,” Edgecombe said.
