Why the Word Dynasty No Longer Feels Premature
It is prudent not to refer to any football team as a dynasty. It ought to be applied to those clubs that have enjoyed long-term success and have a foreseeable future of dominance. PSG have not reached the stage of non-debatability yet, but are now closer to it than they were a season ago. The discussion is no longer whether they can at last grow up into a serious European power, but whether the rest of the continent is prepared to face a Paris which is already one.
