Baxter started the season strong for the Wildcats, running nine times against Youngstown State for 48 yards. He also scored twice in the game. He was not the same against Alabama on Saturday. He ran the ball 11 times, but for just 29 yards. He also brought in two receptions for 15 yards. Baxter did fumble once, but the fumble was recovered by Kentucky.
Now, Kentucky will visit Texas A&M on Saturday. Baxter has faced Texas A&M before. He ran the ball six times for Texas last season, for just ten yards. He also brought in one reception for one yard. If Kentucky is going to pull off the upset this weekend, Baxter is going to need to have a solid game.
