Kentucky Stuns Tennessee: Inside the High-Stakes Showdown for Top 4-Star D-Lineman Recruit

Brown became the Wildcats’ 19th commitment in the class and the second four-star defensive lineman to join Kentucky, alongside Prattville (Ala.) standout Elijah Brown. His commitment strengthens a recruiting group that has climbed into the national top 25 and currently sits No. 21 overall and No. 8 in the SEC. Brown becomes the program’s first June pledge after eight April commitments and six more in May.

The Wildcats now have six four-star commitments in the class, with four of those prospects coming on the defensive side of the ball. Brown joins four-star safety Marquis Bryant of Rolesville, N.C., four-star safety Tristin Hughes of Rocky River, Ohio, and Elijah Brown as core defensive building blocks. Bryant is ranked as the nation’s No. 27 safety.
