Ole Miss Shocks Rivals with Surprise 4-Star LB Commitment—Could This Change Everything?
Ole Miss football has landed three four-star talents in less than 24 hours. But its second on Sunday after pulling in Miguel Whitley away from LSU. This time linebacker Jeremiah Culpepper adds to the growing 2027 College Football Recruiting class.
Culpepper turns down two Southeastern Conference powers too for the Rebels: Tennessee and Auburn. The 6-foot-3, 212-pound linebacker also had Virginia Tech on his final list, per Hayes Fawcett of On3/Rivals.
But he adds to what’s become an aggressive and impressive recruiting blitz done by head coach Pete Golding and his staff. Ole Miss landed four-star edge rusher Marvin Nguestop following the Whitley commitment. The Rebels beat out SEC rival Georgia and Michigan for the 6-foot-7 defender.
