Penn State’s Matt Campbell Exposes Shocking Moment That Turned the Tide Against Northwestern
Matt Campbell was very honest when reporters asked him about Penn State’s loss to Northwestern, Campbell was more than disappointed.
The Matt Campbell era with the Penn State Nittany Lions hit a massive roadblock on Friday night. The Northwestern Wildcats completely dominated the trenches, handing Penn State a humiliating 34-13 blowout at the newly renovated Ryan Field.
For Campbell, the defeat was less about the final score and more about how his squad competed on the field. Speaking after the game, the first-year head coach did not hide his disappointment regarding his team’s total lack of fight.
