After a strong start to his season in the Ontario Hockey League, Nathan Aspinall signed his three-year, entry-level contract with the Rangers on Thursday.
Aspinall, who the Blueshirts drafted 149th in 2024, has posted six goals and four assists for 10 points through six games with the Flint Firebirds. Listed at 6-6, 198 pounds, the 19-year-old Aspinall also appeared in five games with the Wolf Pack last season.
Per Sportsnet, 19-year-old Sharks rookie Macklin Celebrini is just the 15th teenager in NHL history to record multiple hat tricks.
