The Commodores had remained involved throughout his recruitment after extending an offer on April 4, 2025. Vanderbilt was included in his top 10 schools on Jan. 4, and he visited Nashville during the 2025 season, watching the Commodores defeat LSU while meeting with the coaching staff and touring the program’s facilities.
