A former football player has filed a lawsuit against DeSean Jackson and Delaware State, detailing a toxic locker room culture and a life-altering assault. Former Delaware State defensive player Malachi Biggs is listed as the plaintiff in the lawsuit.
As the specific complaint, filed on Thursday in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware, was obtained by HBCU Pulse. Delaware State University, DeSean Jackson, Travis Clark, Jane Hicks, and Anthony Hebert were listed as defendants.
