The lawsuit alleges that Hebert faced no academic or athletic punishment for the incident and played three days later. Also, upon graduating, Hebert was hired to the coaching staff. The lawsuit says that Biggs has been unable to return to school and alleges that information regarding Hebert—such as his bio and graduation year—was changed to make legal action harder.
Biggs is being represented by the injury law firm Morgan & Morgan. Jackson was hired by Delaware State in December 2024, subsequently leading the Hornets to an 8-4 season.
