2027 NFL Draft QB Rankings Shake-Up: Drew Mestemaker’s Unstoppable Rise and LaNorris Sellers’ Surprising Surge Threaten the Status Quo
Oklahoma State star quarterback Drew Mestemaker is looking more and more like the No. 1 pick in the 2027 NFL Draft.
Over the last couple of weeks, Oklahoma State quarterback Drew Mestemaker has become the clear-cut No. 1 quarterback prospect in college football. On Saturday, he showed once again why scouts are so enamored with his skillset despite his inexperience heading into this NFL Draft.
Mestemaker carved up Colorado on Saturday night, finishing 21-of-36 with 386 yards and four touchdowns. His Cowboys trailed 24-20 late in the first half before ripping off 37 points in a row to run away with a 57-24 win. If he and his team can keep that momentum moving forward, a Big 12 Championship isn’t out of the question.
