As for Philo, the junior signal-caller has played all six games for the Gators so far this season. He enters Week 7 with 1,341 passing yards, nine touchdowns, and three interceptions while owning a 70.5% completion percentage. Philo also helps in the ground game, as he’s totaled 104 yards and three touchdowns this year.
Florida head coach Jon Sumrall will ultimately make the final decision on who plays quarterback. Based on the reports, though, Gators fans should expect to see Jones on the field on Saturday.
