Texas A&M’s Daymion Sanford Faces Uncertain Future After Mysterious Spring Game Injury and Surgery
Texas A&M linebacker Daymion Sanford had surgery earlier this week to address a lower-body injury picked up during the Aggies’ Maroon & White Game, per CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz.
Sanford had surgery earlier this week for a “lower leg” injury, with the expectation in College Station that he will “likely miss at least part of the season,” according to Zenitz. A team spokesperson confirmed to Aggie Yell that the surgery took place but said there is no official timetable for his return, adding that any recovery timeline remains speculation.
