Haumiller added developers aren’t going to be bad guys and try and stop people from modding since “you’re never gonna win that argument.” In fact, EA Sports has been in contact with some modders about what they were able to do and possibly have them join the development team, similar to how people from College Football Revamped in NCAA Football 14 eventually joined the actual production.

What he did say is North Dakota State and Sacramento State will have their real-life stadiums in the game; their mascots were just added in the newest update. Their late jump to FBS complicated adding all of their assets in the game, and if any other teams make the same leap, developers want enough time to get everything in.
